Kashverse.
A personal exploration of Pakistan — its systems, its people, its nature. Documented through three formats: written journal, filmed vlogs, recorded podcasts. The KashScript work is one part of this exploration; the rest of Kashverse is everything else.

why kashverse exists
The work behind the work.
KashScript ships software. Kashverse explains the country it ships from. The two are inseparable: you can't build sovereign tools for a society you don't understand, and Pakistan is the society this project is rooted in.
Every released artifact carries assumptions about how identity, commerce, and intelligence should flow. Those assumptions are not universal — they're shaped by what works for the people who'll use them first. Kashverse is the public notebook for that work.
Dated entries. Signed publications. No revisionist editing. If a position changes, the change is documented, not overwritten.
program scope · three threads
systems
How Pakistan works (and where it doesn't).
NADRA, the courts, the State Bank, the universities, the bazaars. Where the formal and informal systems meet, where sovereignty actually lives.
people
Whose decisions shape the country.
Founders, civil servants, judges, traders, drivers, farmers, teachers, machinists. The conversations that matter happen in places that rarely get filmed.
nature
The land that holds them.
From the Indus to the Karakoram. Geography that shaped trade routes, the river systems that shaped cities, the seasons that still shape every harvest.
how this connects to kashscript
The Foundry's three artifacts (Identity, Trade, Neuron) and the three reference startups (Indusland, Duedale, Oreoasis) are not separate from Kashverse — they're a subset of it. Building sovereign software for Pakistan, documented as it's being built.
The journal entries that reach milestones land in /journal. The vlogs from Studio walkthroughs and field visits land under /media. The podcast conversations land there too. Kashverse is the index across all of them.
