Oreoasis
Oreoasis is the MCP-orchestration startup. Chakor is the face the customer sees when the trained agent decides — kernel backstage, presentation frontstage.
the product · Oreoasis ships
Chakor.
Customer-facing presentation layer. The Neuron agent runs behind it; Chakor turns its decisions into something a human reads, taps, and answers back to.
Chakor is Oreoasis's frontstage. The web app, the mobile app, the kiosk, the WhatsApp bot — wherever an end-customer actually meets the trained agent, Chakor is the surface that meets them. It renders the agent's reasoning where it helps, hides it where it doesn't, and presents every action with the receipt to back it up.
Backstage is the Neuron kernel: the agent the operator trained on their company's SOPs, dispatched against services exposed through MCP. Chakor doesn't know how the decision was made — it knows how to ask, how to confirm, how to follow up, and how to log the whole thing.
the parent · Oreoasis
Oreoasis is an MCP-orchestration startup. The pitch: take your company's SOPs (how to handle a refund, what counts as a qualified lead, when to escalate to a human), train a Neuron agent on them, expose your internal services through MCP, and let the agent talk to customers under those rules. Every decision is a signed Neuron receipt — replayable, auditable, refusable.
Chakor is the customer-facing layer Oreoasis ships. The agent is sovereign by default — every action chain-linked, every restricted scope requiring a signed envelope from the operator. Chakor is what makes the sovereignty invisible to the customer: they see a clean interface; the audit trail runs underneath.
What's inside.
Custom SOP training
Upload your playbooks, your escalation matrix, your refund logic. Oreoasis trains the agent against them; Chakor exposes the result.
MCP service catalog
Your internal services (CRM, inventory, refund processor) speak MCP. The agent calls them through the connector; Chakor never sees raw service data.
Signed receipt log
Every customer interaction is a Neuron receipt chain. Pull the chain for any session — it tells you exactly what the agent did and why.
Multi-surface presentation
Same Chakor, multiple frontends: web, mobile, kiosk, voice. The agent's decisions render appropriately for each surface.
